Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times:

- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 7–20 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

- Orders under $40.00: $4.99 shipping
- Orders $40.00 and above: Free Shipping

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.
